Task: track everything.
Frankly, I absolutely hated doing this, but I see the value in the exercise. I get sucked into projects and lose track of time frequently, so seeing the last week mapped out this way is helpful. My big take-aways are:
- I could probably be more efficient with my schoolwork outside of class hours. Maybe setting a timer when I start a project would be helpful.
- At least I’m getting enough sleep and making some time for fun.
- Do I really spend that much time eating??
