To self analyze, I find some question below I would like to answer it one by one:
Your financial needs: How much money do you need to make to support yourself and your family?— A lot. I hope to have a house one day.
- Your lifestyle: How much flexibility do you need in your work schedule? —I am not chasing flexibility right now. I have no preference on it.
- Your career goals: What are your long-term career goals?—I would like to keep my own design passion. I love to try different kind of projects. I love new things.
- Your personality: Are you more of an independent or collaborative worker?—collaborative. I think I am not the kind of person very good at negotiating. I have some one can stand on me and support me.
Personally, Contract/agency work might be a good option for me, because I want to work on a project-by-project basis while still having some level of stability.
