Blog5-A moment in the natural world sparks my imagination.

I want to talk about my first walk in Discovery Park. The vast open space made me feel small, and facing the sea with a sprawling grassland behind me, I couldn’t help but imagine myself as a little person in a big world.

This experience opened up my imagination and reminded me of the immense possibilities within my creative process. It made me realize that my own story as a graphic designer is a unique thread woven into the fabric of the world.

As I continued my walk, I paid attention to the intricate details of nature around me. The delicate petals of a wildflower, the gentle fluttering of a butterfly’s wings, and the graceful sway of tree branches became a wellspring of inspiration for me.

Nature, with its rich colors, textures, and patterns, became my muse. I discovered new combinations and fresh ideas that would later find their way into my graphic designs. It was a reminder to appreciate and incorporate the beauty of the natural world into my creative work.

Every step I took revealed new wonders that sparked my imagination. The patterns on a leaf, the textures of tree bark, and the movement of water in a stream filled my mind with creative possibilities.

Nature’s colors seemed endless, from the breathtaking sunset hues to the calming shades of a meadow. Each color had the power to evoke emotions and set the mood for my designs.

It wasn’t just what I saw; the sounds of nature also inspired me. The sweet melodies of birds and the gentle rustling of leaves became the background music for my creative process. They whispered stories of peace, energy, and harmony, guiding my design choices.

Nature’s abundance provided an endless source of inspiration, reminding me of the importance of adaptability, growth, and renewal. It taught me that even in the smallest details, there is beauty and wisdom to be found.

To self analyze, I find  some question below I would like to answer it one by one:

Your financial needs: How much money do you need to make to support yourself and your family?— A lot. I hope to have a house one day.

  • Your lifestyle: How much flexibility do you need in your work schedule? —I am not chasing flexibility right now. I have no preference on it.
  • Your career goals: What are your long-term career goals?—I would like to keep my own design passion. I love to try different kind of projects. I love new things.
  • Your personality: Are you more of an independent or collaborative worker?—collaborative. I think I am not the kind of person very good at negotiating. I have some one can stand on me and support me.

Personally, Contract/agency work might be a good option for me, because I want to work on a project-by-project basis while still having some level of stability.

From my point of view, he key is to create a logo that is visually striking and immediately recognizable as representing both the Coachella Valley Firebirds and the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. By incorporating elements that tie the two together, such as musical poster’s elements, festival name, we can create a logo that effectively promotes both the team and the festival.
