AR app review

The app that I chose is Google Translate. The reason I chose the google translate is because this app come really handy to me especially when I came to United State, a foreign country with people speaks a different language, and Google Translate help me a lot in my English learning journey, which help me to communicating with people more confidently and also learn more vocabulary.

Google Translate app develop by Google in 2006.  As we already know, Google Translate is already a handy text and audio translation accessible tool, and it gets even better with its augmented reality real – time visual translation features.  All you need to do is hold up your smartphone camera and focus on the text, and Google Translate will provide real – time translations of words and phrases from a variety of languages.  Users can download language packs, allows for select offline translations when get away from internet connection, but it’s only allowed 59 languages.

Pros:

-Like I said earlier, A handy app for me and for people go travel to a diffrence country.

–        Also, it free.

–        It has the AR translate feature.

–        The most dominant language translate app in the world.

Cons:

–        Update more languages for the AR translation when we have no internet connection.

–        Also, they need to be updated more their vocabulary because they could not translate the slang, beauty, sarcasm, of a language – you could also call it the ’emotional’ aspect. As far as I understand this is not their goal either. But btw this is machine translation, and it can’t replace a translator.
