For my blog assignment I really tried to push myself. I was inspired by Steve Hansen to create a 3D rendering. I’ve only had the briefest experience with Blender so I thought this would be a good opportunity to learn the ropes. That being said I tried to make it as delicious as novice 3D renderings can get. I wouldn’t say it’s the most appetizing thing in the world, but I really tried to get some experience in modeling and rendering to build off of. I had a lot of problems (especially the ketchup cup shading), but learned a lot along the way. The carton and ketchup were free assets from online, but the fries were all me. I also shaded all materials, did my best to set up lighting and camera, etc. I really like 3D art and think I’ll be looking to model more things in the future. Keep an eye out for things to come
