Every year, I make a New Year’s card based on a zodiac sign and the year. Adobe Aero was very interesting, it was also my first time with AR software, and I was happy to be able to make a New Year’s card with some new software.
My first thought was to create small assets in 3D modeling, but I don’t know any modeling skills and Nomad isn’t that easy to get into in a few days. I tried rendering PNG files and JPEG files differently in Aero a few times, so I decided to draw illustrations in Illustrator before importing PNG assets.
To make this work more complete, I selected some free sound effects from the Internet. This dragon will feel more festive with Chinese-style music.
