Freelancer vs Part-time Vs Full time vs Agency

Freelancer

Freelance is  self-employed and runs every aspect of their business, from the actual design work to managing clients and issuing invoices. They work with a variety of clients, on a range of projects. Rates charged by graphic designers on Upwork vary from $15 to $150 an hour, with an average rate of around $25 per hour. However, freelance designers don’t always bill hourly; it’s also common for a designer or creative director to set a fixed price for the work, based on their understanding of your project requirements.

Pros:  Higher earning potential,Choose your own hours,Pick your own clients,  gain more experience 

Cons:no sick/holiday pay,spend them on admin, Less Job Security Inconsistent Work

Part time

You are a part-time worker if you have fewer working hours than a comparable full-time worker.

In comparison to a full-time worker who works for the same employer as you. For example, a part-time sales assistant can compare themselves to a full-time sales assistant who is doing the same job, in the same shop.

Pros: More free time to pursue other projects and activities, opening doors to New Job opportunities, the importance of family

Cons: pay less than full time , less opportunities for career progression

Contract/Agency

A contract graphic designer works on design projects on a freelance basis. As an independent contractor, your duties include communicating with clients to define their needs for each project. You create the visual elements for websites, advertisements, marketing materials, or any visual asset required by the client.

Pros:experience many different types of products, industries, and services,  acquire a lot of experience

Cons:Your workload is inconsistent,You most likely have multiple projects at the same time

Fulltime

A full-time employee works for one company or agency and is paid either hourly or by salary for work done. The employers handle tax withholding and reporting and the employee is usually entitled to benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and others.

Pros :table and monthly income, plus financial security,Working a fixed schedule, great opportunity to develop new habits and self-discipline alas make your career grow, enjoy more perks.

Cons:You may find it difficult to balance your personal life, your CV may lack versatility, you may find it harder to find new jobs, you can’t choose your projects

I’m considering freelancer, part time or full time job in the hope to gain experience, I would lve some  financial  stability, since I’m a parent of young kids this will provide me with wiggle room for all the things the  parenting involves.
