I am actually working on a couple project outside of school at the moment. I think it’s important to have cool down projects you can just work on. The one I am currently working on a video, having the narrative film making class has really gotten me into editing. The subject is a school bus that my partner and I are turning into a camper. we have taken tons of photos and videos of the process and I really want to add some music and totally make it rad.
The time line was from the this is last December to about late February. With a project like this it is never really finished but I just want to capture some furnished videos of the bus and maybe some travel in the bus to kinda of wrap the video. This bus is like my baby so I want ti get the video done in a timely manner but I do have school too so I will give myself about a month to finish it. So end of march I should have it done.
To execute this project I am just using my phone to film and using premiere pro and the just about it. The Total project cost would be zero but the bus was definitely not cheap and will not even put the number in here. But yeah just a low stress fun project that I want to make super cool if it is cool enough I will put it in my portfolio but it is over all just to share our process with friends and family. And using all the cool skills I learned from this program.
