Leadership Principles

The first leadership I’ve been able to exhibited in school, is thinking big. Most times, I’ve always been able to think big about ideas, and lay them out on the table. I have also managed to think big in situations where me or in my group are running out of time to get something done for tomorrow and somehow I manage to get a big idea and it saves me or my group.

The second leadership principle, I’ve been able to exhibit in, is earning trust. Earning trust is something I’ve managed to do in school groups, whenever I want to do something for my entire group like getting a whole part of a project done for my team, I try to gain their trust and it does work sometimes.

Then the third leadership principal I’ve exhibited in, is delivering results. Delivering results is something, I’ve managed to do before in school. There have been times where I’ve delivered results in groups and it’s been successful because I manage to get feedback on it and it helps a lot.

The hardest leadership principal I’ve done in school, is ownership. There have been many times where I am able to successfully succeed with ownerships sometimes. But there have been multiple times where I have had rough times with ownership, for an example. I’ve dealt with people not listening, people taking over the project without me asking them to take ownership if I don’t want it, people not showing up all when they say that they will and don’t give a reason why they couldn’t show up.
